Award Badge & Certificate Usage Policy
Guidelines for the proper use of TrustFinance Global Awards badges, certificates, and embed assets.
Badge Usage
- Award badges must be displayed in their original form without modification.
- The TrustFinance logo, year, and award category must remain fully visible.
- Badges may only be used by the company to which the award was granted.
- Digital badges must link back to the official TrustFinance verification page.
Certificate Usage
- Certificates may be downloaded and displayed in digital or print format.
- The certificate ID and QR code must remain intact for verification purposes.
- Certificates may not be reproduced or altered beyond standard resizing.
- Display of expired certificates must clearly indicate the award period.
Embed & Commercial Usage
- Commercial use of award assets requires active Recognition Access from TrustFinance.
- Embed codes are provided for companies with active Recognition Access and must not be modified.
- Advanced embed styles (shield, ribbon, banner) may require premium packages.
- Usage in paid advertising, press releases, and investor materials requires the appropriate Recognition Access tier.
Recognition Access Terms
- Recognition Access is granted for a specific period and must be renewed upon expiration.
- Expired Recognition Access does not permit continued commercial use of award assets.
- Revoked Recognition Access requires immediate removal of all award assets from marketing materials.
- TrustFinance reserves the right to revoke Recognition Access for policy violations or misrepresentation.
- Recognition Access transfers between companies are not permitted without written approval.
Prohibited Uses
- Implying endorsement of products or services not related to the award category.
- Using award assets to mislead consumers about the nature or scope of recognition.
- Modifying badge colors, text, or layout to misrepresent the award tier.
- Displaying awards with revoked or expired Recognition Access without proper disclaimers.
- Sublicensing or transferring usage rights to third parties.
